The main objective of the EPC is to encourage a quantifiable reduction in the energy consumed in the home and travelling large distances to carry out assessments is somewhat counter-productive to this objective. Hence, the desire of Wirral Precision HIPs is to service properties solely in Wirral. Furthermore, we also believe that it is not an ideal situation for independent HIP Providers to be out-sourcing the production of the EPC component of the HIP to other ( remote ) domestic energy assessors ( a quick “google” shows that it is common for “local” HIPs to be offered by HIP Providers all over the country! ). For these reasons our mission is to focus on HIP compilation and EPC production on properties close to home.
Hence our mission is to serve the local community and gain the local support of satisfied customers.
