The energy survey ( from which data the EPC is produced ) can be carried out at no extra cost on Saturdays or in the evenings ( within daylight hours ) for vendors/landlords who have to work "nine to five".
The price quoted will be VAT Free and, as we desire to serve the local community, will be lower for post codes near to our office, also for smaller properties such as one or two bedroom flats.
